CHICKEN NUGGETS WITH SPINACH
This is an ideal recipe for the little ones in the house to

- 2 large chicken breasts
- 175 g. cream cheese
- 100 g. spinach
- Salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- We wash the spinach and blanch in hot water for 10 minutes. When they are ready, drain them and cut them.
- We clean the breasts of possible remains of fat and cut them into pieces of about 2 cm.
- We pass the chicken pieces through a mincer until they are completely undone and form a paste.
- Mix the chicken with the cream cheese, salt and spinach, until it is well integrated.
- With the hand we make small portions with this dough.
- To finish them, we pass the small balls that we have made by flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
- When we have all the nuggets ready we heat plenty of oil in a frying pan or our deep fryer.
- We fry at medium temperature so as not to excessively lower the temperature of the oil.
- We remove to a tray with kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.
